About this venue

Ceremony

This venue is fully licensed to host religious and civil ceremonies, which means that you can legally get married here. Choose from among the indoor and outdoor options for your ceremony.

Outdoor: The Moon Garden and Orbit Garden are favourite spots for an outdoor ceremony. These gardens date back to the 1960s, showing Chinese and Arts & Crafts influences. The Moon Garden is famous for its thick brick wall with a huge circular entrance that lends a view to the estate’s gorgeous woodland.

If you want a more free-spirited and youthful ceremony, go wild and hang those buntings and yellow lights somewhere above the estate’s wide open woodland for an outdoor ceremony. This manor wedding venue in Northern Ireland has rich forest grounds - a perfect location for a festive ceremony and reception outdoors.

Indoor: If you’re looking for a safer, indoor option for the ceremony, the Main Hall of the Georgian Mansion House is a perfect choice. It has old brick walls, antique furnishings, and a grand staircase that makes every part of the hall photogenic.

It sits up to 120 guests and offers a view of the estate grounds. We consider it as a perfect venue for small weddings since it has a very intimate ambiance, with enough rooms for all parts of the wedding.

Reception

Indoor: The mansion house has sufficient areas for the reception and photographic opportunities. You can use the library, the staircase, and just about any corner of the house for your wedding photos. What’s great about choosing the mansion house for your reception is that all parts of the day will be held in locations that are just steps away from one another.

You can also hold the reception inside the marquee in the Walled Garden that is fully equipped with a dance floor and every single equipment needed for a fun-filled party. Many couples who got married here used the marquee for a stunning reception. It’s a spacious blank canvass that you can design according to the theme of your wedding. Plus, it sits up to 275 persons. As for the meals, they are fully prepared on site.

Outdoor: If you’re confident about the weather, like when you get married here on summer or spring, you can simply set up a reception area at the garden. As we said, the whole estate is surrounded by beautiful greenery and all you have to do is to arrange the chairs and tables. No additional decorations needed because the gardens themselves are gorgeous.

Accommodation

This wedding venue can accommodate up to 22 guests inside its 11 spacious rooms. So if you’re having an intimate wedding in Northern Ireland right in this manor house, you won’t need to book a room in another hotel for your guests. You can all enjoy the accommodation available here and the continental breakfast that comes with it.

Privacy

This gorgeous Northern Ireland wedding venue ensures privacy and intimacy by implementing a one wedding per day policy. This means that you can enjoy every bit of this huge estate without worrying about uninvited guests or curious onlookers.

Catering

Aside from all that, this Northern Ireland manor house for weddings provides terrific catering services for your big day. Meals are fully prepared in-house and you’ll have a wide variety of menu options to choose from. Your guests will be welcomed by drinks, skewers, soup, asparagus wraps, and some other sumptuous appetizers upon their arrival.

The main menu is nothing less than grand, complete with overflowing drinks, several meat options, soups, and desserts. The in-house chef can even prepare a vegetarian menu upon request. You literally have nothing to worry about when it comes to the grand feast that comes after the ceremony.
